Agreement By booking Hoban ProMotions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all video production services provided by Hoban ProMotions.

Booking & Payment A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Full payment is due prior to the delivery of your final film. Pricing and payment schedules will be outlined in your individual contract.

Cancellations & Rescheduling In the event of a cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Deliverables & Timeline Delivery timelines will be outlined in your individual contract. Hoban ProMotions will make every effort to deliver your film within the agreed upon timeframe. Timelines may vary based on project scope.

Revisions A set number of revisions will be outlined in your contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed upon amount may be subject to additional fees.

Media & Usage Rights Hoban ProMotions retains the right to use footage, clips, and final films for portfolio and marketing purposes including social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to your event.

Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, timelines, and access to the venue. Hoban ProMotions is not responsible for missed moments resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Limitation of Liability In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, Hoban ProMotions will make every effort to find a qualified replacement. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
